The staff member I dealt with was incredible. My card didn't work with their machine and he still let us check in. Card didn't work later so I paid through the Booking.com app. The card also didn't work in the next IBIS hotel so its a compatibility issue with IBIS as it worked everywhere else. The staff member was very very cool and understanding though. Free coffee in the lobby.

the rooms were large, nothing much in them but that what we like room to move around the bed (you could probably drive round it, it’s that big.

Comfy because it was right next to the conference and had breakfast included.

The room was comfortable with a nice bed. At night very quite. The location in good, within minutes you find shops, restaurants and bars
